The demonstration of EDT EURODIMA's floor cutter resulted in satisfaction and follow-up orders

At the end of the winter in 2009, an assignment at a main road with heavy traffic in Bielefeld had to be done by OK Bautechnik (Herford, Germany). For these asphalt cutting tasks, the EDT EURODIMA sales representative Bodo Rheinbach was asked to demonstrate the floor cutter FS600.

The cutting tasks had to be done during moving traffic. As a public-transit bus passes every 10 minutes, that road must not be closed completely. These circumstances cause a tight schedule.

The cuts totalled 70 m length with 40 cm depth in asphalt. The demonstration took about 3 hours time, and the blades in use were a 800 mm blade with type AS98 C1, and a 1000 mm blade with type AS95 C1. Both OK Bautechnik workers that worked on site were thrilled by the floor cutter FS600 of EDT EURODIMA: The work was done so fast and smoothly that even the construction company and the supervisor of the city of Bielefeld were highly satisfied. For OK Bautechnik, this resulted in follow-up orders. The drilling and sawing company placed the order for the demonstrated floor cutter FS600 immediately.

In addition to the measurable factors like the cutting performance, the mobility of the floor cutter and the effortless handling rounded off the positive experience.
