EDT EURODIMA focuses on tool quality! The new development of our diamond specialists: A diamond segment class of its own.

After EDT EURODIMA has done pioneer work in high frequency machine technology and improved the product range constantly, the focus is now shifted to the diamond tools. Also in this sector, EDT EURODIMA leads the way. The existing production facilities and processes are put on the state-of-the-art level, and newly developed product qualities and innovative technologies are applied.

DURAMANT^® is the innovative diamond segment for both drill bits and saw blades. The EDT EURODIMA diamond technicians developed a new bonding that retains the diamond longer in the segment, which means it can effectively do more work, and at the same time, it allows higher speed! In the headquarters’ technology centre, outstanding test results were achieved: The application engineer was able to increase cutting speed in concrete by up to 30 % and tool life by approx. 25 %!

However, not only the bonding demonstrates the innovation, also the DURAMANT® form serves as efficiency factor: The special drill spikes ease the centring and the start of drilling. So, the edging of the diamond tool becomes obsolete, saving time and work. DURAMANT® segments can be used for brazing as well as for SPACE WELDING.
