hurricane SB120: easy handling
The compact wall saw, showing its advantages
In Friesenheim, county of Rheinland-Pfalz/Germany, a concrete sawing contractor had to cut two wall breakthroughs within a very short time frame, for a reconstruction project.
The dimensions of the particular concrete parts were 1 x 2 x 0.3 m. As dividing with separating cuts was required in order to ease the removal of the material, he needed to search for an effortless and fast solution.
To meet these requirements, his EDT EURODIMA customer advisor suggested and demonstrated our compact 12 kW high frequency wall saw. The hurricane SB120 from EDT EURODIMA features a lot of handy details, such as the practical repositioning and turning by 180° on the rail: Only turn over to set a separating cut with 50 cm distance. This feature, and also the very easy handling with only one user, as well as the short setup times were why the concrete cutting contractor decided to give the hurricane SB120 a try.
Together with the fast-cutting EURIX saw blades – the ones with the evenly set diamonds in the segments – EURIX30 in diameter 700 and 1000 mm, within only four hours, the sawing was progressed as much so that the contractors were able to start the removal and disposal of the concrete parts.
With this performance, the concrete sawing professional was impressed and convinced by the quality of the braxx wall saw hurricane SB120 and the whole EDT EURODIMA diamond technology and concrete cutting system.
