The established high-frequency saws tornado SB321, with its 32 kW one of the most powerful on the market, as well as its 20 kW version typhoon SB201, are now equipped with again more advantageous components.

A slipping clutch is the new detail of the SB321/SB201. It protects the drive worm and the worm wheel from damage by blade clamping or sudden movements of cut concrete.

The gear shaft can be taken off without demounting the swivel arm. Furthermore, through its new bearing, operating life is increased. In addition, a wear sleeve is added to the shaft sealing.

A further safety clutch is integrated in the machine. In order to avoid wear of the toothed shaft connection at the rotor and gear shaft, it is clamped to the shaft.

These details lead to decreasing maintenance work and saving service costs for the concrete drilling expert, as the machine is protected by these optimised components with predetermined breaking points. Every tornado and typhoon can be upgraded with these adaptations.
