The braxx system is an electric system in modular design which was developed by EDT EURODIMA's top technicians. The main system components, control unit & saw head, can be used for different applications in concrete drilling and sawing.

FEATURES OF THE BRAXX SYSTEM

The advantages of the braxx system compared to a hydraulic system are convincing. The purchase costs for the complete system decrease by up to 50 %. The weight reduction, caused by the modular layout, reduces the time needed for transport and setting up, and causes higher performance at the same time.

The required space in vehicles and buildings and the load for the employee when transporting and mounting, is significantly lower. The 96 % degree of efficiency due to the electric direct drive saves up to 35 % of energy. The distictly higher performance at the tool allows better progress in drilling and sawing. Performing the tasks in shorter time allows you to allocate personnel and machine capacities to other projects.

Furthermore, noise exposure of the user and the environment sinks: without the operating noise of the hydraulic unit, cutting and sawing is much more user-friendly.

THE MODULARITY OF THE BRAXX SYSTEM

The control and supply unit braxx control comprises a frequency converter which supplies the drive motor with the according voltages, connected loads and frequencies. The infinitely variable revolution setting allows the optimal cutting data and best tool service life at all applications. The electric feed control is integrated in the control module.

According to the particular combination, the controls can operate drilling drives, drill rigs, drive motors, wall saws, wire saws as well as circular saws. THE SAFETY OF THE BRAXX SYSTEM

The LED overload check guarantees a constant monitoring of the motor. Depending on the functions, the control system checks the power supply, the functions and machine recognition, the motor current consumption, revolutions, error codes and service intervals. The construction according to the international norm DIN EN 55014 ensures the 100 % EMC protection.
