EDT EURODIMA shows its innovative capacity for the diamond tools: For the first time, that technology originating from the automotive branche, is used in tool production for concrete drilling and sawing.

Space for technology
The advantages compared with conventional technique (i.e. brazing or laser welding) are obvious: The phases of thermal impact on both carrier material and diamond segment are much shorter. This maintains the positive characteristics of the material for a longer time. It retains its stability and its bonding structure. In addition to this, our welding processes produce a superior, high-strength compound.

Space for quality
The exact parametrisation at the welding plant allows to measure and steer the process quality. So, we are able to keep the quality of the process and the products on a constant level.

The brandnew, state-of-the-art welding plant is located in our technology center in Wals / Salzburg, Austria. It is operated by our well-trained staff so that you receive your tools fast and in perfect and ready-for-use conditions.
